Our Building Process
Navigating Your Renovation or Construction Journey with Ease
Embarking on a renovation or construction project can be daunting, but at Greenaway Construction, we’re here to guide you every step of the way. Our streamlined process ensures that your project runs smoothly from start to finish, delivering exceptional results that exceed your expectations.
1. Site Consultation
A meeting will be held to discuss your project and its feasibility.
2. Design
We offer building design services, working closely with the client and draftsman/ architect to produce a set of plans that accommodate your budget and project requirements.
3. DETAILED CONSTRUCTION TENDER
Once a design is finalised, we will arrange a detailed construction tender, itemising all aspects of your build, working together with trades, designers and yourself to produce a figure tailored to your budget. This service takes you through the council/ approval process to finally obtaining a construction certificate.
4. CONTRACTS + DEPOSIT
A Master Builders contract will be procured and a deposit will be invoiced for. From here a start date will be confirmed.
5. Construction
We share a detailed construction schedule with all of our clients to streamline the building process, with outlined time frames and weekly site meetings so you can stay up to date on the build progress.
6. Enjoy Your New Home
Once the works are complete we will do a final handover, and you will be able to enjoy your newly finished works.
